Apps and Girls Uganda is a regional initiative of Apps and Girls, dedicated to empowering girls and young women in Uganda with technology, innovation, and entrepreneurial skills. Our work focuses on equipping participants with practical digital skills and confidence to become creators, problem-solvers, and leaders in the digital economy.

Through structured programs and immersive learning experiences, Apps and Girls Uganda equips participants with technical and life skills that go beyond the classroom.
Coding & Digital Skills
Girls are introduced to coding, web technologies, and computational thinking through project-based learning that encourages creativity and problem-solving.
Robotics & STEM Training
Hands-on robotics programs expose participants to engineering concepts, hardware programming, and teamwork through real-world challenges.
Mentorship & Innovation
Mentorship connects girls with role models in technology and innovation, helping them explore career pathways and develop leadership skills.
Bootcamps & Workshops
Intensive bootcamps and workshops provide deeper exposure to STEM topics, innovation challenges, and global technology platforms.
